A Step Closer To Ending Military Animal Tests

JAN 2, 2013 - U.S. Dept. of Defense must now report how animals are used in combat-trauma training. By 3/1/13, the Defense Secretary is required to submit strategies to “when appropriate, transition to human-based methods for training Armed Forces in treatment of combat trauma.” This is not an actual ban… FULL UPDATE
